Rojas, NP-BC, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner with more than a decade of independent clinical experience, specializing in aesthetic medicine, facial balancing, and non-surgical rejuvenation. Recognized for her meticulous eye, evidence-based practice, and commitment to natural, undetectable results, she is a trusted expert in advanced facial aesthetics.

Allison currently practices at NYU Langone Health within the Hansjörg Wyss Department of Plastic Surgery, where she blends her background in facial reconstruction and aesthetic surgery with a modern approach to cosmetic enhancement. Her reconstructive experience provides an exceptional understanding of facial anatomy, proportion, and symmetry—allowing her to deliver treatments with both artistic refinement and surgical-level precision.

After launching Skinjava in 2019, she expanded the brand in August 2022 with her own medical-grade skincare line, formulated over eight months alongside two chemists formerly with SkinCeuticals and Obagi. 

Ann Marie is a multi-award-winning laser specialist and licensed phlebotomist. She is known for her precision, expertise, and commitment to exceptional client care.

With more than 15 years of nursing experience, Lindsay brings a deeply compassionate perspective to aesthetic medicine. Her years spent caring for patients during some of life’s most challenging moments have strengthened her appreciation for the powerful connection between emotional well-being and confidence in one’s own skin. This understanding continues to shape her skill set today.

Over the past several years, Lindsay has trained directly under aesthetic master injector Allison Rojas here at Skinjava, gaining expertise in advanced injectable techniques, facial balancing, and personalized treatment planning. 

Her oncology background, combined with her aesthetic training, provides her with an exceptional command of anatomy, safety, and the subtle nuances that create natural, confidence-enhancing results.
